We really enjoy bringing our Twitch here. We walk in and the staff immediately knows who we are and our pups name. They really make a fuss and seem genuinely happy to see our little Twitchy. They are easy to talk to and if we have any changes we would like to make they are always happy to accommodate. There have even been a few times where they have explained about what we wanted to do and they corrected us saying, " it might not work out so well." We were very happy with their suggestions because the last thing we want is to have Twitchy looking Goofy. One day while trying to brush Twitch she would not hold still and she got Scentsy wax all over her fur. I was frustrated and looking for help. I called up Paw Expressions and they told me to bring her right down and they would take care of everything. She looked great. Thank you ladies.
We took our 5 month old golden doodle here after we took him somewhere else that didn’t do much of anything and still charged us $65! The paw expressions groomers are AMAZING and we are beyond happy with the experience. I would absolutely recommend them over any other groomer in Syracuse. They made my dood look like an actual puppy again! Thank you guys so much!
