“They're very available for alot of various different appointment times and services, including calling for questions or by the least calling you back. Their website for checking up on any updates after your appointment is very clear. I was worried sick after having to do a Std/STI panel that I would experience an uncomfortable process and that the staff might not be as comforting, however they were far more understanding and helpful than a majority of regular hospital visits ive ever done including ER emergencies. I greatly recommend this location, it may take a few moments for them to call you up for your appointment but it isn't as terrible as some make it to be. I called them later for a follow up question regarding some medication and they answered me thoroughly with respect. And there are very available options for those like myself that have low income, so dont be afraid to have your services here even without insurance. Will be returning again. :)“
