The staff is kind and friendly. When I went in asking questions as a new custom, there was an incident with an entitled customer who treated the young lady at the desk very inappropriately rude as he skipped ahead of quite a few people as "he was on a hurry." She handled him like a pro and was never triggered by his condescending demands. She remaind calm and smiled kindly while she helped him. She was in a difficult situation and did a great job managing the multiple customers in the waiting area. Kudos to the employee and to salon for hiring a great worker. She knew her stuff and understood what was best for me. I'm definitely glad I went there.

I only give it 5 stars for Payton the one awesome employee who works there! However, I rarely see her but when I do she knows my first and last name and is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for me every time. When I first started tanning I would see her more frequently and it felt so nice to have someone who would have me pulled up and would address me by my name but then I don’t see her ever and these other employees who I see almost daily never remember my name or care to even crack a smile.
