False use of the Yelp's quote button. I requested a quote and provided the number of vents and returns. Instead of providing a quote, he wanted to make an appointment for a quote. I had posted a very positive review 10 months ago and had also spent extra money for a service for Mighty Ducts to change the UV light they had installed as part of the service package. Now that it is time for the service I've left three messages and no one returns my calls. All calls immediately go to voice mail, so I'm not even sure they are in business any more! I want to change this review to 1 star, I'm sad to say.

Loved everything about Mighty Ducts. from talking to Joycelyn, to the professionalism of Logan and Richard. We had no idea how bad The air quality was until we had the vents cleaned. The quality of the work was exceptional and loved that they were a local company here in Tooele. Highly recommend them.Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
