We purchased more than two dozen shades from this business and are very happy with the final result. The system supports many automated features and custom adjustments for continuous hands-off operation. Appreciate getting the warranty items for blind repair complete and being able to see out our windows. Took a minute to get parts from Hunter Douglas for the repair, which was frustrating. Brian responding to my update requests was much appreciated.
