arrived around 2am the morning of Thanksgiving with our pup; these folks are incredibly compassionate and down to earth and knowledgeable. they take the time to answer all of your questions and in detail. good people.
The staff are very caring individuals. Michelle is really comforting and knowledgeable. We won’t take our pups anywhere else for emergencies. Our pups have seen Dr. Vincent and Dr. Lucibello and we love them both. Thanks again for all you do!
I’m so thankful for the night team at Southwest Animal Emergency Clinic. I brought my dog in late on Thursday, October 30th, around 10pm, and from the moment we arrived, the nurse and doctor were incredibly kind, detailed, and reassuring. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel confident that my dog was in good hands. In a stressful situation, their calm professionalism and genuine care made all the difference. I truly appreciate their compassion and expertise that night.
