The entire staff, Gus, Ralph and Bashton. Were amazing. My house flooded and they have work so hard on clean it up and redoing plumbing issues. They are kind and communicate well. 5 star thank you so much for being awesome.
Sump pump stopped working in basement do to female products being flushed. This can cause your sewer to back up and flood.
Karrson came as quickly as he could and stayed late. Took pictures explained problem, tried to fix it without having to replace new motor. But in the end we had too. So nice to find someone like Karrson who works for Roto Rooter, that’s not afraid to work late, work hard, and is honest.
Hunter was awesome!! Arrived within 1/2 an hour of my call, found the problem & had it taken care of in no time. Required some snaking/camera work in the line outside my house, but it’s all resolved now. I couldn’t be happier!!
