We are very new to the area and needed a rug cut and bound. I was blessed to find Potter and Sons. These guys are incredible. Their customer service is unmatched and they answered a lot of questions my husband had about tile and applications. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future. Its encouraging to know there are still people out there who care about more about helping people, than their bottom dollars. A shout out to Potter and Sons!
We recently hired Potter and Son's to install LVP in our home. Thayne and his brother Todd an installer Justin all did a fantastic job. We were so impressed with literally everything, from communication, to installation and the final outcome, the floors look outstanding. In today's business world, it's hard to find a business that does what they say they'll do.
Thayne was excellent to work with, sent me several samples and didn't rush me he was here when he said he would be and is very professional to work with. The installers did a great job and knew what they were doing. My floors are so beautiful and very affordable. I wholly recommend Thayne Potter & Sons. It was a great experience.
