Are you kidding me? Ian was fantastic. He removed the issue from our drain. Now we are confident we have a trusted Plumber in our area. Replaced our toilet and left the area as clean as a hospital. Definately on our referral list ! AJ
I always get at least three quotes before having major work done because I’ve been overcharged in the past by another company. Every other quote I received was over $1,000 more than Discount Plumbing, which honestly made me skeptical at first. I couldn’t understand how they could be so much cheaper, but I decided to give them a chance—and I’m very glad I did.
Mike did an outstanding, high-quality job installing my new water heater. He discovered that my old one hadn’t been installed up to code, removed it, and made sure the new installation was done correctly and completely up to code. We’ve been a satisfied customer of Josh and Discount Plumbing for years. They always do an excellent job, and are there when you need them. Today, Brodie came to replace the water lever in our shower. Brodie took a quick look, advised us that the lever needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, he didn’t have the replacement but said that he would try to locate one here in town, with the worst case scenario being that it may need to be ordered. An hour later, Brodie was back with a smile and the replacement lever in hand. Fifteen minutes later, the job was done, and we are thrilled. Thanks Brodie - and everybody at Discount Plumbing!
