Used cutting edge to build our pool in 2019. We were very very patient with the delays, excuses and just wanted it done. We were so glad it finished before Covid. Ever since then we’ve had tiles falling off, cement issues, and then last year the state tried to penalize us because they never finished the permit. Luckily I contacted them (cutting edge)and they finished it recently. (Why then starts aren’t less) The plumbing has never worked well even with many technicians I’ve hired to fix the issues without having to completely rerun the plumbing. Cutting Edge Pools & Landscaping did an outstanding job! From start to finish, their team was professional, easy to work with, and truly went above and beyond to deliver exactly what we envisioned. The attention to detail in both the pool and landscaping work is second to none — everything turned out beautiful and even better than we imagined.

We are very happy with the pool Cutting Edge did for us. It was completed a year ago. I had a very good experience working with Shawn and Josh. I actually ran into Shawn at the grocery store a month ago and mentioned an issue. It was something I could resolve, but he insisted he would send someone and did. For me, it’s about customer service and taking care of the client. I would definitely have them build another pool for me. Thank you Shawn and Josh.
