I just had the most incredible experience at BREATHE Salt Room in St. George. I came for a sound bath with Valli, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The moment I stepped into the space, I felt a sense of calm and intention. Valli's presence is grounding, warm, and welcoming — she guided the session with such grace and authenticity.
The combination of the salt room's healing atmosphere and Valli’s deeply resonant sound work created an experience that was both peaceful and powerful. I would highly recommend!

This was my first experience of this kind, and Valli was wonderful at explaining everything and helping you get the most from it. I loved the sound bath! Our group left feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!
