I had a great experience here overall. Heidi is very nice (all of the staff were nice), flexible and accommodating, and helped me decide on a new cut and color which was a fun process. Mary also has the best personality. I always feel like I can chat, vent, or just relax during my appointments. She offers phone charges, blankets and a little snack bar! The new location is gorgeous and super convenient, which is such a bonus.
I especially LOVE that she offers brown, natural-looking lashes.. people often can’t tell if they’re real or extensions because they look that flawless. Honestly, I always wish I had been her client back when for my wedding!
