The owner of the store is absolutely incredible. I haven’t had my hair done there but I have seen the incredible amount of care and effort she puts into every one of her clients. She goes above and beyond for everything!
Yesterday was my first time back in a salon after about 8 years after a really bad (bleaching) experience with salon 21.
I had a great experience here overall. Heidi is very nice (all of the staff were nice), flexible and accommodating, and helped me decide on a new cut and color which was a fun process. I love the length and color but more importantly, my hair is very very healthy now; it feels light and has a nice gloss thanks to the product she used.
It was easy to schedule, I just called in, and I find the price reasonable for the result. It's also close to home, which is a huge plus for me.
Tina scheduled me so easily and quickly. She did my hair quickly and I love the result. The salon is cute, friendly, straight forward and affordable. I'm thrilled with my hair....thanks Tina!
