My family has been seeing Dr Voss for almost 15 years now. I have never known another doctor more willing to get to the root of the problem and with so much compassion. If you are looking for answers and tired of being brushed off by other doctors then HealthPlus is where you need to be!

Disclose to your new patients any extra or abnormal tests or screenings that are required and/or charged to the bill BEFORE you do the test or screening and before you charge them for it.

Watch your billing. Luciana used the wrong code and billed my insurance for me seeing the building instead of the Dr. I had to contact them and inform them of the error. I did not receive a call back that I requested and for nearly 2 years did not see a bill of any kind. Suddenly I have received a bill for $ 15.60. It does not show the $25 copay I paid at the time like every other medical bill I have ever received. I have called 5 times trying to talk to Luciana who has never returned any of my calls. I finally told them I would be more than happy to sit in their office until she could talk to me. I still have not talked to her. She had someone else on her staff call... read full review
