Big Bear Heating and Air is an amazing, reliable, and professional company. They came out promptly, even on a holiday and on short notice, to fix an emergency. The team was wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable, answering all questions with no hard-sell or up-sell efforts. They found the problem quickly, fixed it right away, and charged a fair, affordable price for a job well done. Great communication and a great experience; definitely recommend.

I called at 4:30. Barry and Austin were at my front door before 5:30. They found the problem, fixed it and were out the door in about 30 minutes with no hard-sell/up-sell efforts. Charged a fair price for a job well done.
