We thought we had a dirty chimney which was causing problems. Instead it was a simple fix by their worker. He did the clean estimate and fixed the problem both for free. Jim did a great job explaining some issues we have with our basement chimney. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to use it naturally but he cleaned our main level fireplace and it’s been great ever since! Highly recommend.

We are renovating a house with a wood burning stove that hasn’t been properly maintained. Jim cleaned it and made it safe for us to use this winter.
