Mac Kurz, who serviced our HVAC system in Payson yesterday, is an example of what every service technician should strive to be like - just plain amazing. She was knowledgeable on many levels, professional, efficient but not at the expense of doing the small things that make a positive difference, and she also anticipated things I needed to know even before I asked questions. She used important performance tests that had never been done during past visits by other technicians and recommended installing a safety switch that can reduce the chances of damaging leaks in the future, which I approved. The whole Triple T team is phenomenal. Brad, Greg, Bronson, Parker and Cory are all technicians who have helped us. We’ve done a share of work with them ranging from plumbing to complete AC installation. They’ve have always gone above and beyond. They have never made me feel inferior for asking questions and very kindly helped me understand what they would be doing. Some of the best people I’ve ever had helping my home function the best it can. Dakota was very professional and keep me updated with everything he was doing. This was an emergency call and Dakota stayed late to make sure our AC unit was up and running. The service he provided was top notch and our family appreciates his hard work.
