Absolutely horrible service this morning. I really would appreciate it if you wouldn’t have hung up all four of my calls. Really need my dog groomed but guess I’ll go somewhere where they’re not gonna hang up on me. The phones were clearly answered then hung up on their line all four times. Absolutely disappointing. You guys are not reliable nor professional or responsive.

We have tried several shops from Orem to Payson for my 3 Pomeranians and have been very happy with Scotty’s.
