The technician came out and did a great good getting spots out. He was very attentive to what I wanted done. He cleaned more than I asked of him, and that was very much appreciated! I don’t remember his name, but he was young with glasses.
They did a wonderful job on our carpets. It has been a while since we had them cleaned and with 5 kids it was well overdue. They did an amazing job!
