She's solid! On top of this, she's an absolute joy! While she was doing a perfect job on my hair and my kids' hair, she kept us engaged in conversation, which we all really enjoyed. My daughter felt so beautiful, as though she was royalty when we walked out of there. My son always complains every minute of the haircuts I give him, but Emily and her magic powers got him to sit through the haircut without even so much as a muffled groan.
