“I went in for my first perm a few weeks ago. The consultation was quick, and I showed a few inspo photos. It was easy to schedule appointments, so I came in the next week for my perm!
The customer service was good, they offered drinks and snacks, as well as a super tasty ice tea, and were very kind and quick with my service.
They gave me advice afterward and sent me on my way. I was nervous at first because the curls were tighter than I anticipated. But after a wash or two they relaxed and look great, and I don’t need to touch my hair in between washes.
Overall I would definitely go back. My only piece of advice is be very specific about what you want and bring specific inspo pictures.
I paid $250 for my perm and a trim. It’s definitely expensive, but the experience was good, and my hair still feels soft and smooth!”

Her communication is also top-tier—she’s on it and very precise. But it’s definitely a two-way street. If you don’t respond in time, you can lose your spot (I’ve learned that the hard way). But honestly, that just shows how in-demand and organized she is.
I’ve recommended her to so many friends, and I’ve even taken my daughters to her for their haircuts. That’s how much I trust her.
