“Dr. Engen himself is fantastic, I got a procedure done with him a few years back and I still am loving the results. He is very invested in making sure patients genuinely like the results so we can feel our best. I gave 4 stars ONLY because one of his receptionists is always so rude. I don't look forward to when I have to call to make appointments, or when I have to go and check in for my appointment at the counter with her....she will cut you off mid sentence and roll her eyes at you. When I arrived for my appointment today, not even a hi how are you, right away she asked for the $50 consult fee, she then gives me an attitude and walks off to "discuss it with the doctor" when i told her that she should've told me beforehand about the fee on the phone when i called to make the appointment. Honestly it's not a huge deal, but it puts you in a bad mood before the appointment even starts.“
