Shanna was amazing! I honestly thought my 23-month-old wouldn’t sit still for his haircut, but she was so patient and sweet with him. He was a little unsure at first, but she made the whole experience feel calm, gentle, and special. I’m so happy with how his first haircut went. Thank you, Shanna! We had such a wonderful experience! ❤
The ladies here are so sweet, so patient and just the gentlest, kindest people around. Whoever does the hiring finds the perfect folks to work with kids. One of my kiddos used to be terrified of the buzz and sensation of clippers (autism/sensory issues) and this is the only place he’ll go! He actually enjoys haircuts now which we honestly did not think would be possible. They don’t seem frazzled working with kids all day, they squeeze you in when they can and are just so nice to my kids. We love coming to Cookie Cutters!
Love it here, my kids always have so much fun getting a hair cut! Everyone is so friendly and patient. I’ve been taking my 4 year old here since he was only a year old! The app is incredibly easy to use. Highly recommend taking your kiddos here!
