America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I didn’t have a good experience here and will not go back. This place is very deceiving. I went in for an exam, booked it online because it seemed most convenient for me. Before the test, the girl said if I wanted the full recommended exams it would be an additional $30. I said it was fine, to go ahead and do what was recommended since it had been over a year since my last exam. She forgot to save some of my images so the doctor had her take me back in and have them re-done. I didn’t think much of it. Once I was done, they asked me at the front if I wanted to look at glasses, I asked if I could do the deal where you get 2 pairs of glasses with an exam for a discount. She said it only applied to glasses exam and I got a contacts exam. But online it says the contacts exam INCLUDES a glasses exam, which is confusing but whatever. My total came to $149 (I honestly was expecting to pay less) and she handed me my prescription. I go online and upload my prescription for contacts and they reject it telling me this is a glasses prescription, not for contacts. Why would they just hand me a glasses prescription?? So confusing!
So I called them the next day, and they said I could come in to get my prescription. I live about 20 mins away so I told them I wouldn’t be able to come in for a few days. Eventually, they were able to send my prescription to the provider, but now it’s for a different brand of contacts which are 3x the price. That is crazy to me. When I was with the doctor, I clearly got on my phone and showed him the contacts I was using now. I feel like he could have mentioned something about it, that my contacts were likely going to change or something. I honestly wish I had not given them a try and just stuck to my regular eye doctor. I have been a regular glasses and contact wearer for over 10 years and have never had issues or felt as deceived as I did here. I wish I would have spoken up and questioned things more, but I learned my lesson.

First of I would like to say do not come here!!!!!! They completely do not give customers service at all. Was there for over 25min waiting for my appointment. Not one person asked or say hi or can I help you to end it. They say sorry the dr left already you took to long. Even after being in the lobby waiting for them. I COMPLETELY DO NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL DONT GO HERE. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AT ALL!!!!!! This was today as well.

So rude and the time estamits are wrong

All the people there are amazing! Desire always so helpful and answering all my questions. I had to get back to them a week later. They're all so patient and called me back amazing I love this place

I'm a single mom and I work in residential construction. Finding time to get in here, no matter how well planned or intended one may be, is sometimes a feat with 3 kids. I must pass on my thanks and gratitude to the two most wonderful ladies who stayed and helped my son and I... get him acquainted with his contact lenses. Neesha and another woman were absolutely the sweetest! Patient! And kind! To my son and I... at the end of a super busy day - right before school started. It truly takes a village. These two sat with us for the last two hours of their day - patiently trying to help my teenage son put in his contacts and take them out. Thank you! The dentist made us feel a bit rushed, but you two were the absolute best experience. Can't recommend you both enough. Will definitely be returning as long as you both shall work there. 🙏🏽🫶🏽💕

Not happy rn with this location. I missed a call on a broken phone. After I switched it out I saw I had a missed call but the phone had an unknown caller ID. I called them to see if perchance my glasses were in and was told yes without them verifying who I was. I gave them my name and said so glasses for Chawntae Serrano are in? She said yes. I left work to come get them and surprise they are not in fact in. So I lose money because someone there couldn’t take 5 seconds to really verify they were in. Very disappointed right now. Will update IF the actual pick up is better than this experience.

The 3.7 google rating makes total sense after going into the store. Walked in and received no greeting, there was a lady behind the counter and one sitting at her desk more interested her phone and Dutch bros drink. I was sent here by Eyemart express for a simple eye exam because they offer same day appointments (it even says so on the door) without checking anything or looking up she says they can get me in next week……I went out to my car and checked the website there are MULTIPLE appointments available for today. But if this is the kind of care a new customer gets just walking in no way I want them near my eyes. 0/10 would not recommend

Could not have been more rude…. Had an appt scheduled at 3:30 and walked in at 3:37 and was told by the rudest person they cancelled my appt because they are short staffed. I understand I was a few minutes late that’s my fault. But if I show up on time and sit there for 15 mins waiting on someone they don’t have an issue with that. It wasn’t that they had to reschedule it was how RUDE the person was. Asked what her name was and she mumbled it so I couldn’t understand her. I’ll never go here again (first time going here). Ridiculous service.

Ive always shopped local for my glasses. Driving over the mountain definitely worth it. America's Best was fast amazing service, no pressure and delivered them to me sooner than I thought. First time Perfect, I didn't have to take them back for adjustments. Very satisfied over all.

If you need the best help for these types of services, please visit this store right away, and Dr Jacob Hansen is the nicest doctor I've met in a long time! And his associates are perfect in every way! The best location in all Utah County period .
