I want to rate 5 stars because the staff are so incredibly kind. However, the vacuum I bought has been nothing but trouble. I’ve taken the vacuum in several times for repair or adjustment which typically only needed to have someone spend a few minutes fixing. However, every time it’s the same issue. The mechanism that is supposed to move the belt to turn the brush when selecting carpet or floor is always breaking. Again I’ve had this repaired several times. I recently took it in for the yearly inspection and the tech said he would just replace the entire mechanism. The tech was very helpful, identified the issue with my vacuum within about 30 seconds, and didn't charge for the troubleshooting. I was easily able to fix the issue myself for free. I will definitely be bringing any appliances that need work to this shop.

Justin went out of his way to get my 40 year old sewing machine up and running smoothly, and sent me off with instructions to prevent further damage. Friendly, honest, and caring, he even carried the machine to my car! Highly recommend!
