Based on the reviews, Utah Heating and Cooling is a trusted HVAC company. Kade contacted a customer early and was their first customer of the day. He had the replacement part with him, and they had air conditioning by 9:00. The technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. Customers cannot recommend them enough. They were able to fit customers into their schedule incredibly fast, which was a relief during the heat. One thing that stood out was that they sent a photo of the technician before he arrived. That extra level of communication and security made a female homeowner feel much more comfortable and safe. The technician was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He came prepared with the parts the AC unit might need, which saved time and allowed him to complete the repair on the spot. The AC was up and running in less than an hour. He even took the time to perform preventive maintenance. In another case, the A/C was blowing warm air. Dallin diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Dallin was very nice and professional. One customer is a better homeowner after meeting with Dallin. He not only solved the problem, he gave a no pressure education of what happened and what the options are.
Dallin was very professional (shoe covers, prepared with needed parts in truck, etc.) Appreciated him taking time to explain the why/what/how of the repair to me. So grateful we can now enjoy the summer in our cooler home. Thank you!

Kade was really helpful when he came out under our home warranty to check what was wrong with our fans in the system. Explained everything to me and showed me all the parts and what was working and how things would go down if certain things broke down. Help me understand what the warranty companies would cover and when. Felt honest and not like a sales pitch.
