SOS installed a new a/c unit.
‘Worked fine except for a some damage from the manufacturer. The SOS team pinpointed the issue and then worked with the manufacturer to have a replacement unit sent - and installed that. Problem solved, and saved me from having to deal with the manufacturer myself. Much appreciated.
Super helpful as usual!! We have had a series of issues over the years with multiple a/c units that have required us to call SOS Heating & Cooling. Each time they have been timely, friendly, knowledgable and fairly priced. Thank you!
I use SOS Heating & Cooling because they can be trusted to do a great job every time they provide service. They feel like family and go above and beyond to make sure the job is done well. SOS put in my HVAC system. they did a great job assuring that everything went well. i also use their maintenance plan which provides service checkups for my heating, cooling, and water heater and a discount off services. SOS added plumbing services also which I used recently. I was very happy with the service.
