Giving 4 stars because it has taken me being a patient/ client here for nearly 15 years to have the most amazing customer service experience. Karen is approachable, helpful, kind and empathetic. My past experience with others at the front desk even including this last month, was always met with an attitude as though my presence was an inconvenience to them. When I literally choose to come, pay and be here. It feels amazing to be treated in a respectful and professional manner. Karen brings such a breath of fresh air in comparison to the experiences I've had for years. Karen, you're the best! Keeping being you!

They have new policies in place that were not shared when scheduling my appt. They happily took my $90 just to tell me that my BMI does NOT qualify me for weight loss medications.

I am giving a star only because it requires me to give something however they do not deserve even the one. I have come to this location on and off for a couple of years and up I till recently it was a good experience the nurse practitioner that was there before Jessie was really nice and seemed to care however Jessie is a little bit to be desired. When you go in there for an appointment he acts like you are taking up to much of his time , doesn’t listen and pretty much just wants to get you in and out $80 for an appointment that last maybe five minutes. If you ask miss karen up at the front counter for him to email you she tells you he doesn’t have time. I have had issues with shots there and have been told they will them upon another visit but yet when you ask to address them Karen gets an attitude all the other ladies there are nice however she has a major attitude problem. Lack of customer service skills to be exact. People come there to get medical information and treatment not to be treated like a piece of crap and have an attitude towards them. I have gone into the Orem location and it’s like night and day between the two offices they are much more polite at the Orem location and act like they care about their customers. I didn’t like how you have to see the nurse practitioner once a month or every four weeks and pay the additional amount of money for that appointment and then pay for your shots so I am going somewhere else were I only had to see nurse practitioner one time and get my shots weekly and I also haven’t had any issues. Place is a lot more better experience. So if you insist on coming to here at least go to Orem if you want to be treated with some respect. And Karen if you read this I hope in the future you learn some skills on how to treat people with some respect and stop acting like your a doctor when your not. And learn how to be kind.

I have been a patient here for years. I have to drive an hour to get here. I am a larger boned woman and let them know that i will need a higher dose of the diet drug per my weight. They committed to get aggressive with the dose so I made the hour trek. They took it up 4 units to 18 which at one point I was at 40+. Because I didn’t come for a few months they started me all over and made me pay $100’s of dollars with no results, claiming they didn’t want to make me sick. What a rip off!!

I love MD diet and the work they do. But when it comes to this location and the stuff that work here they need to do better. I did a walk in the receptionist asked me if I had an appointment I said no. I haven’t been in 3 years I’m looking to restart the program.
She asked me if I’d like to see the doctor I said yes. I paid $150 so that I can see the doctor and get shots but the doctor didn’t prescribe me medication. Because according to him I had declined it. Which is a lie I didn’t decline medication. I told the doctor that I’m going to need a high dosage because the normal one I was on didn’t really work on me. I thought we understood each other but I guess not. I didn’t get a refund of the money I paid to see the doctor because if he didn’t proscribed me anything why did I pay to see him?
They gave me 4 shots and told me to come back when it’s finish. I go back they ran out. I just won’t be coming back here. I’m going back to the Orem location. It’s just very inconvenient because I live 5 min away from this location but I gotta drive 45 min for better service. And the vitamin B injection they gave me is very slow.
