This is definately a five star operation. Mariana was amazing with her customer service skills and financial knowledge and Mark was also super personal and was willing to work with us even though we have only been in Salt lake City a few years. He made our meeting with him comfortable and fun, especially when he handed out the chocolates, diet coke and special stylist pen.
