Our A/C went out during 100-degree weather. Channing came right out, diagnosed the problem, and walked me through all of our options. He was even able to get the system working well enough to get us through the next few days while we figured out the best solution. Ultimately, with the unit being 20 years old, replacing it made the most sense.
