I’ve lived in Jean Larie for over two years. The management is great. Clear communication and quick to resolve maintenance issues. The location is wonderful, close to everything you’d need and about ten minutes from downtown.The apartment itself is clean, well lit, with plenty of storage. My only compliant is the thinness of the walls. You can hear conversations and music coming from every direction. I don’t think I had loud neighbors, the walls really are just that thin. If you have a heavy footed upstairs neighbor, the floorboards squeak quite a bit and will shake your light fixtures.
