We have been with Construction Realty for more than five years. They have always taken care of every maintenance request (only those raccoon bandits caused trouble but they always do). They made sure that where we lived didn't affect our quality of living. Thank you for that. Timely, supportive, and more than anything honest. I am so sorry if I slaughter your name but, Ginnley, is amazing. Such an asset to your company. We have started to look elsewhere for a bigger home for our hopefully growing family but we will miss the professionality. Great management, maintenance was awesome and always on time. But the duplexes are a drain on resources and your wallet expect high gas bills in the winter and power all year swamp cooler blows kinda cool air in the summers. Attic has no value in installation! Attic access had no installation on top on it,just 1/4” piece of plywood. In West Valley City 2400 south about 1400 w. Redwood elementary is a horrible school.
