I can't speak for everybody that provides counseling/therapy at Vagus counseling. But Jerry Berndt's trauma therapy and specialized biofeedback (Im sure I'm saying it wrong) techniques provided me with IMMEDIATE almost palpable effects that produced readily discernible long term benefits. I was less temperamental, better able to concentrate at work, and a more thoughtful parent. Thanks to my wife's research leading me to Jerry, and his experience and skill, I was able to be a better dad and husband.
