I’ve been an aesthetician for over 25 years and after sitting on a chair and curling my hips underneath me and my shoulders forward, I feel like when I stand up I still look like I’m in the fetal position… hahaha??♀️I can ONLY walk upright and function at work because of all of you♥️♥️♥️ Before I went to Structura, I worked with chiropractors, physical therapist and muscle reactivation with some success.
