Overall Air solved a major problem for us. Mold-sensitive tenants in our second house detected mold toxins twice, around the same time as water began entering the basement. And the tests over a period of months showed the mold problem getting worse. After Pam's husband treated the house for mold, the tenant's visible and involuntary symptoms went away. Also, Pam recommended another company that successfully sealed the leaky basement wall from the inside. This small review doesn't do justice to the value received. Pam interviewed me carefully, proactively called and texted me to follow up as the case progressed, and most importantly, interviewed our tenant who disclosed information that none of us had thought of. Pam's careful study resulted in a list of customized advice--in addition to the whole-house mold treatment. I carefully followed ALL of Pam's advice, including installing a large, deluxe exhaust fan in the master suite. I suggest other customers let Pam interview and diagnose the issues and then follow ALL her advice to the letter. It worked for us. Pam and Overall Air are there for you afterward, as well. Her important service that did not appear cheap before the job has begun to look like a bargain afterward. Our tenants can live their lives without mold issues, and we now have peace of mind.
