My 1st trip to the vision center was to get my prescription. No one helped me & I ended up waiting 25-30 minutes to see the doctor. I went to pick them up & got there around 6:45. I was sad to see it darkened & roped off. I went & did my shopping. As I was walking out at 7:10 I saw 2 workers sitting in the dark vision center, so I asked if they could grab my glasses. One worker said "no" because he's clocked out. The other worker said " we close at 7"...but I was there before 7! Why were they closed early? Why can't they glasses even if they aren't clocked in? Now I need to make another trip to get my glasses? Their Customer service was ridiculously poor! I spent a lot of money on the appointment & glasses, next time I'll take my money to a place that is more professional & respectful of my time.
Place closes at7pm, I'm here at 630pm and the heavy set lady already has everything blacked off and is about to leave. I broke one side of my glasses at the hind he and simply as for a solution. She looked at my glasses like she never seen glasses before and said "I don't know what you can do they look like they're broken at a weird spot." They're broke at a hinder.... I went and got tape as a temporary solution. Horrible customer service.
Kind, patient, and helpful staff. I'll definitely be going back, even if they're not super close to where I live.Appointment was not rushed. I asked tons of questions and no one got irritated like I've felt at other places. They were steadily busy the entire time and juggled all of us very efficiently. (oh yeah, I even had a same day appointment!)Everything was explained in detail; costs, time frames, etc.They have a great selection of glasses to choose from and even had help picking a pair out.I've already recommended them to family!
