Our swimming pool was put in all last summer and fall and if you take anything away from this review take this: RUN! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! This company is awful and what we thought would be a fun, exciting project turned into a nightmare. Absolutely no communication was offered throughout any of our project. They would take days to return messages, if at all and never showed up when they said they would. We went weeks and weeks without any progress. Our pool was put in crooked! Very obviously deeper on one side. Employees told us the owners had conversations about it and knew it was wrong but hoped we wouldn't notice. Well we did and they had to remove an awful concrete job and the pool to re-level it. WE found multiple leaks that they had buried (if you use them double check EVERYTHING THEY DO) I can't imagine what the situation would be had we not checked every pipe and everything they did. Unfortunately when we chose them as a local Utah family owned company they didn't have reviews. I would give ANYTHING to go back and use any other company. RUN RUN RUN!!!!!

We were initially very excited to have Utah Pool Boys do our pool. However... we regret going with them. EVERY date and timeline was missed, they rarely responded back (we would text and call multiple times and would never get back to us). They say they'd show up... and we'd never see them. They did a horrible job on the concrete... they tried fix it but only fixed a portion. Our slide was installed on the uneven, terrible concrete causing the slide to lean. We've had a couple of leaks.... They had to dig up concrete to fix one and still haven't fixed the other. The pool sat for months and months with no work being done.... Causing the pool to be disgusting. They left it up to us to clean it.If you're looking to get a pool... DO NOT use them!

Worst experience. Communication was non existent. Cement work is horrid and will need to be redone. Would say they would be coming to do work and no call no show all the time. Didn't respond to texts or emails. Would take weeks to send information. Pool elevation is way higher then needs to be, and instead of asking if we wanted it that high, or move the pool, they did what they wanted. It's been a year and still no final inspection and no communication when I asked about it. Entire experience was a nightmare and I would NOT recommend.
