Matt was wonderful to work with. We are quite picky when it comes to home buying and the process turned out to be longer than expected. Matt was very patient and available for all of our questions. We sold and bought with Utah Home Central and I enjoyed being able to approve or reschedule home showings with their scheduling portal. We previously used another realtor and the amount of surprise showings was annoying. That did not happen with Utah Home Central, great communication. Highly recommend working with Home Central we had a wonderful experience. I tell everyone who is looking to sell about them.
I had people tell me that if I used a flat fee agency, I wouldn’t get the same personalized service. But Matt blew that argument out of the water. He was absolutely FANTASTIC from start to finish. We sold our home and also bought our new one through him, and it was a seamless process from start to finish. Matt was completely accessible for any questions we had (and there were many), and made himself available for all our needs.
