LawnAide is a family business…the way family businesses used to be where customer service and reputation are top priorities. I had an 11-year-old backflow valve go out and I had LawnAide come to check it out. They tried to repair it, then tried to replace parts, then finally had to replace it. At no time did I feel I was being upsold to more expensive and unnecessary work. Russ and his team ooze integrity.This morning, the day after the repair, they checked in with me to make sure everything was working correctly.
