LawnAide is a family business…the way family businesses used to be where customer service and reputation are top priorities. I had an 11-year-old backflow valve go out and I had LawnAide come to check it out. They tried to repair it, then tried to replace parts, then finally had to replace it. At no time did I feel I was being upsold to more expensive and unnecessary work.
