WOULD USE AGAIN!!!
Recommended by my realtor, DJ Jones, who I would also highly recommend. He did an inspection of the home we are under contract for, Radon and Meth tests, and sewer line scope. Very detail oriented and thorough. His report has a great legend to tell you how bad an issue may be with safety, major defect, repair/replace, repair/maintenance, comment, etc. It made reading the report and prioritizing very easy. The pictures were good qualify and with each noted discrepancy. I have a firm belief that the home we are buying has been properly reviewed and we know what we are getting into with this purchase.
