Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and provided us with the most comprehensive inspection and most thorough walk through after. Andrew was recommended by our agent, however, in no way did we ever feel that we was trying to push the sale through. He definitely takes pride in his work and wanted to make sure we were well informed about the state of the house. We will be using Andrew for all of our future inspections.
Andrew was prompt, thorough, and professional. He explained everything on site and his full report was delivered within the promised 24 hours. The information was very useful in our decision making process. I will use his services again and heartily recommend him.
Very nice to be able to communicate directly with the person who will be doing your inspection before, during, and after the actual inspection. Also nice to walk the inspection results in the actual property rather than just going over it on a computer screen in the kitchen or remote after the inspection occurred. Much better than the big shops in town. Thanks.
