Many recommend his services for future inspections, including valuable optional radon and sewer scope tests.
Had a great experience with Andrew. He was very thorough and explained everything from major systems to even minor things like door stops. His attention to detail was incredible and almost just as important was his ability to provide context based on his experience. He not only explains what you have but what you can expect and what is normal for the house that we were looking at.
Very happy that I chose him to do my inspection and I would gladly hire him again.
Andrew was AMAZING!!!! He was extremely thorough and did a great job explaining everything to my clients. Did not miss anything. My clients loved him. Would highly recommend hiring him!
Andrew is incredibly thorough, an excellent communicator, and the best home inspector ever. Just the fact that he also does the sewer line scope is very helpful. He identified a number of issues in this particular house that ranged from watch outs to issues that needed remediation. He's highly opinionated which is exactly what I want from this kind of service. I would hire him again in a minute.
