I was a little apprehensive about going, but found a Groupon and figured it would turn out better than my efforts as an amateur smartphone photographer (it was). Quick, professional services with a same-day appointment.

We went to get new born pics of our 6 week old baby and we got there a little late because of an accident in Bangerter. When we arrived they were very patient with us and our newborn. She started being very fussy and needed to stop and be calmed down and they patiently waited. There was no one after us for 45 minutes so they just let us keep going and take the breaks we needed. We got most of her pics done when the next family came, but we still wanted to do a family photo with her so they said we were welcome to wait and feed our baby and then take the rest of the photos after the current family was done. Six months I wanted to go to JCPenney Portraits to get my sons newborn photos. I distinctly remember asking over the phone if JCPenney could take pictures offsite and if we could get a photo with my child in a basket and float him down a river, just like baby Moses. They said no and started laughing, but I was very serious because we are VERY RELIGIOUS. I was about to give this place 1 star but then I thought baby Jesus would want me to love my neighbor and give JCPenney 5 stars.
