I’ve been twice. They do a good job but booking and pricing is confusing. I booked a structured gel mani with nail art. I asked about rebooking but she told me she’s not taking new clients only occasional same week appts for non regulars, which was odd because I had booked out a few weeks. Structured gel mani alone is $45 on the booking site. I wanted art too and booked that extra cost/time. After showing pic of color and art, she asked me if that was all I needed after the color was on. I mentioned the art again and she got some stickers for me. I have been getting my nails done for 40 years, so to say that this is the best I have ever had, is saying a lot. It’s not just the beauty, and they are the most beautiful ever too, it is the care, the professionalism and the commitment to give me exactly what I want. I play classical guitar and Kennedy listened to what I needed and did it perfectly. She is an artist in every sense of the word and cares about excellence. The shop also uses products that are natural and good for the nails and I didn’t even know that existed.
