First some back history, I come from a customer service background so I know it when I see it. Definitely experienced it here with Sammie and the crew, we had some issues getting the trailer and excavator but that is no reflection on DR it was the trailer hitch that we were using. After an hour or so, they reset the time of the rental. They take the time to explain the chains and safety. During the week of the rental we had snowy weather which prevented timely return. I was given an extra day with the no charge. I appreciate the services that I received, left a lastly impression that I will be back to rent again! High quality, new equipment. Started on the first pull. Available immediately. Great customer service both at the counter and in the yard. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because they need to give you a discount for returning the equipment in under two hours instead of a half day.
We rented a floor sander and edge sander to refinish our wood floors Both were in great working condition. It was easy to buy and return the sand paper we needed/didn’t use. The guys gave us instructions and tips on how to use each machine. Will definitely rent from them again!
