I was trying to get estimates from Ascent as well as a few other companies. Ascent was by far the quickest to respond and they were able to send somebody out the same day. I held off on immediate repairs to get more quotes, but ultimately went with Ascent because they were just so much more responsive than the others. It was super convenient having most communication by text. Very happy to have gone with them.
