Ascent has been very helpful. I had issues where my panels were no longer producing power. Amber helped me diagnose/troubleshoot the issue and Justin installed the new inverter so now things are back up and running again! I would definitely contact them again if I ran into more issues.
I went through Lowes to get pricing for replacing my roof. Lowes uses Ascent for their roofing contractor and the day after I put my request in with Lowes I heard from Tom at Ascent. On the phone Tom told me about their company and the products they use, along with sending me the cut sheets for them so that I could review prior to him coming out for the consult. When Tom showed up he was thorough and walked me through what he was looking at and what he was thinking. I really appreciate being involved in the walk through and being able to see what he was talking about. Tom followed up on our request for a bid immediately. He was patient when I didn’t quite know what I wanted and was able to get someone out to help me look at my needs by the next day once I decided a crew was scheduled for the very next day. Everything was cleaned up behind them. I was super pleased with the end of product and the customer service.
