They just canceled all of the spin classes at this location to up charge with another studio class. Normal spin studios are so expensive and Lauren always has the busiest classes I’ve ever seen because she’s amazing.

Came back with a friend using his guest pass after 2 years. Still an overcrowded dump. And now I just learned that my friend, paying a lot extra for a guest pass, can only bring a guest TWICE A MONTH!! Don't pay for the guest pass people. Twice a month isn't worth it in any way. This company just gets worse and worse the more they plague our state.

I have mixed feelings about this location. Staff tells me they can’t change TV channels, literally the very next day, every channel is different. The newer equipment is nice, but but using it is dependent upon what time you show up lol.

People monopolize the machines; sit and look at the phones. Guy got on a machine for 20 minutes before he even began using it. Also I thought it was against policy for people to have their bags sitting around the base of the machines, but there were lots of people with bags. Just not fond of this gym; it is so busy.

This gym is packed all hours of the day and night. People will sit on a piece of equipment and stare at their phone while other people are lined up waiting to use said equipment. It’s more of high school atmosphere than a gym where adults go to improve physical fitness. The employees do nothing to actually manage the facility, such as ask people to move along if they aren’t going to use the equipment. Hopefully something like EOS opens in the area soon.

I can completely understand why this place has accumulated so many bad reviews. The staff has mastered the art of deciding who deserves basic manners, respect, and a welcoming attitude and who doesn’t. Unfortunately, I’ve consistently fallen into the second category.
Maybe customer service here is reserved for a select group of people. Who knows? Maybe not having blue eyes automatically disqualifies you from receiving common courtesy.
What’s even more impressive is that the United States is hosting the FIFA World Cup, one of the biggest sporting events on the planet, yet this place somehow manages to ignore it and play random shows instead. Apparently supporting the home team is less important than whatever nonsense happens to be on TV.
Add to that a facility that’s constantly overcrowded, and it’s hard to figure out what exactly members are paying for. At this point, canceling my membership seems like the only logical decision.
If the goal is to make customers feel unwelcome, ignored, and regretting their membership, congratulations—mission accomplished.

I used to come to this gym the turf. Now it sucks. The sleds stick horribly. This and 1600 both ruined their turf with cheap material the sled sinks into and sticks to.
It doesn’t feel affective or practical anymore. Sad.
