Premier Family Medical and Urgent Care is a highly recommended medical facility. The staff is extremely friendly, and the doctors, like James Ford, are outstanding and caring. They make patients feel welcomed and get them in and out quickly. The sign-up process is easy and seamless, and the receptionist is very kind and helpful. The facility is clean, new, and quiet. The medical assistants are efficient and professional, and the doctors, such as Dr. McManus, are thorough and helpful in explaining patients' medical needs. Patients feel that the doctors genuinely care about their health and are not simply there to write a prescription and move on to the next patient. Premier Family Medical and Urgent Care has been recommended by several patients and is an excellent choice for having medical needs met.
I just moved from Arizona and the medical care I receive from Premier Family is above and beyond any service I’ve received in the last 20 years. I’m able to get X-rays done in house and discuss it with my doctor at the time of my appointment! And my doctor has called me after hours to discuss medication and insurance coverage which is UNHEARD of all the years I was treated in Arizona! I am always greeted and seen promptly EVERY TIME! Very thorough exam. Dr. McManus is an excellent doctor and his office staff are all top notch. Didn’t even feel the needle when Rosie did the blood draw. Very professional office.
