Worst doctor visit in my life. I just came home after waiting 1 hour 20 minutes at the reception. I had my appointment today at 11:15, I arrived on time, 5 minutes early with my twins 2 years old and my husband. I was told the doctor office is a little behind when I checked in, expecting 10 minutes wait. NP, I waited for 30 minutes and checked with the receptionist, she told me another 10-15 minutes. Oh my goodness, for those who has young children, you know how hard life is being sick and taking care of yourself and your children. I waited another 30 minutes. Then my husband checked again, the receptionist told us they were behind and we had to wait another 5-10 minutes. We were really frustrated and asked for cancellation and refund, our babies were missing their nap time, I had headaches, plus we had to drive 20 minutes to get home. We cannot have the refund, we had to call their billing department, we just told the receptionist the wait time is unacceptable, she finally told us they only had one doctor today, they were so much behind, no more 5-10 minutes excuses. She finally said we had to wait for a while and cancellation is ok, but no refund. But they were not over booked, just delays because unexpected situation...We can reschedule or contact billing department....oh no, my husband had to take time off from work, taking me and our children to play at their check in area for one hour 20 minutes, is this like a joke? I wish the receptionist just told us the truth when we first checked in, we would not be this upset. At least we have option to decide ourselves if we want to stay or leave. I want to rate zero star, but I cannot. Please go somewhere else unless you want to wait

Dr. Ryan Stephenson is truly one of the BEST ENT Doctors I have ever seen. He is everything you would ever want in a Doctor. He is a great listener. He never made me feel rushed during the appointment. I bombarded him with a lot of questions, and he was incredibly patient; and provided me with very helpful answers to all my concerns. He is incredibly knowledgeable and very well educated. He was very very thorough in his examination and assessment. Thank you Dr. Stephenson for being so wonderful!

Nothing about this practice that I recommend. No sense of urgency. No customer service. You're just a number. I understand that business is business but my kids are more than that to me.
