I had my first visit at the Lash lounge today. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was so kind and asked questions that helped navigate my lash and brow health. Maliya was amazing she explained the process every step. And the instructor also checked to make sure I was okay and checked on Maliya as she was new to the Lash Lounge . I really appreciate the communication I witnessed from the two technicians to make sure I was being taken care of and explained the process. I noticed that I don't feel any discomfort on my lamination, and this is the first. Thank you Lash Lounge!
everyone was so nice and my stylist did exactly what i asked for! she was super gentle and didn’t make the process uncomfortable at all!! 100% recommend to someone who is trying to get into lashes!! so cute!!
