Dr. Fellows is great and the office staff seem friendly and helpful to me

I would love to give this place a better review, but the Sandy office has definitely gone down hill in the last year or so. Dr Fellows is however amazing, very knowledgeable and spends time discussing everything with you and answering any questions or concerns you have. The office staff however is awful. They try and up sale you, steering you to more costly options of glasses and lenses. They demeanor is rude. The office staff is not knowledgeable and leave you with more questions. They also have a habit of billing for services you didn't receive and rude when ask about them. Their selection of glasses are subpar.
