Emerald, Nicole, and the entire team were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout my treatment, as well as informing me of available options. Very calm, quiet, healing space. The initial stick was easy and painless as well. After my IV finished they even let me finish out a massage in the chair. It was a great experience after a stressful day.

I LOVE coming to prime, I usually go to the sandy location and request Emerald. I’ve had great experiences with all of the people working there but Emerald does such an amazing job at dealing with my fear of needles and blood, her and many other staff members have not failed to make me feel comfortable and reassured when I get nervous about getting poked. And even after the fact when that process is over they always check on me and bless me with nice bottle of water, pillow, and blanket to ensure my top tier experience while my iv is finishing!
